Requirements
Proven experience as an Auto Body Painter.
In-depth knowledge of auto body painting techniques, color matching, and finish application.
Proficiency in using various painting equipment, including spray guns and paint booths.
Ability to prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and priming.
Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense.
Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in auto body painting.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve the desired aesthetic results.
Certification or training in auto body painting is a plus.
